The fund's mission is to financially indemnify the victims of fraud or embezzlement occurring in the distribution of product and financial services within one of the following eight sectors:

• Personal insurance

• Collective personal insurance

• Casualty insurance

• Expertise in disaster settlement

• Financial planning

• Mutual funds brokerage

• Investment contract brokerage

• Scholarship planning brokerage
